Romans 10 and verse 4 say Christ is the end of the law for righteousness. Does this verse really mean that Christians have no moral obligation to the law of God? (Romans 7:12 God's Law is Holy So the law is holy, and the commandment is holy and righteous and good.)
Numbers 23:19 God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? Hebrews 13:8 James 1:17
Colossians 2 in verse 14 says, Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross. Were the 10 commandments really against us? Were the 10 commandments really contrary to us? Did Jesus really nail the 10 commandments to His cross? (Psalms 40:8 KJV) I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.) (Romans 8:7 KJV) Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. In Ephesians 2:14-15 the Bible says, For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace. Was the middle wall of partition the 10 commandments? Did Jesus abolish the 10 commandments?
